What areas do you serve?

We serve the Mid-Eastern United States, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Northern Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington DC. Don't see your area listed? Contact us — we may still be able to accommodate you.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons like holidays, summer, and weekends. Popular packages like Santa visits and superhero appearances often book out weeks or months in advance. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when available.

What types of events do you service?

We service a wide variety of events including birthday parties, corporate events, school and church functions, holiday parties, festivals, grand openings, gender reveal parties, baby showers, retirement celebrations, and more. If you're celebrating, we'd love to help make it magical.

Can I combine multiple services into one booking?

Absolutely! Many of our clients book multiple services for the same event. We'll work with you to design a customized entertainment package that fits your event timeline and budget. Combining services is a great way to maximize fun and value.

Are your performers insured and background-checked?

Yes. All Mimzy's Entertainment performers are carefully vetted with background checks, clearances and liability insurance. Your guests' safety and comfort is always our top priority. We take the trust you place in us very seriously.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand that life happens. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We'll do our best to work with you and find a solution. Details are outlined in your booking agreement. Contact us at (717) 799-6734 for specific questions.
